Developer itsPLK released PS5 WebKit Autoloader v0.5.0 on September 29, 2026. The update integrates Relapse, bringing support for firmware 7.00 through 13.60. The project also lists support for 1.00–5.50, leaving firmware 6.xx outside its documented compatibility ranges. GitHub
The autoloader simplifies launching the exploit and loading payloads through a shortcut on the PS5 home screen. Its content is cached on the console after installation, reducing reliance on externally hosted exploit pages. Users can manage payloads through Payload Manager or configure an automatic sequence using autoload.txt. GitHub
According to the official v0.5.0 release notes, the update includes:
- Relapse integration for firmware 7.00–13.60.
- Unified Autoloader v0.1.5.
- Payload Manager v0.5.2.
- ELF Loader v0.26.
For users, the main benefit is a more convenient way to start a supported exploit chain and load their chosen homebrew payloads from the console’s home screen.
There are two important limitations in this release. Although the project uses locally cached content, Relapse currently requires a network connection. Version 0.5.0 also removes Poops support. The developer advises users on 7.00–12.00 whose v0.4.0 setup already works well to consider keeping that version for now, especially when it is their main jailbreak entry point.
The release provides a PS5 installer ELF, a Windows host executable, and a Python host for Linux, macOS, and WSL. Existing users can update by reinstalling with the new files, which refreshes the cached page and home-screen shortcut while preserving their payloads and autoload.txt. GitHub
